If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags & packaging.

Not eligible: items under clearance sale, discounted combos, and free gifts.
2. Return Process

Raise a return request through our website or WhatsApp.

Choose: Exchange / Store Credit / Refund (prepaid orders only).

Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area).

Product quality check will be done after it reaches our warehouse.
3. Refund Policy

Refund is issued only for prepaid orders.

Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality approval.

COD orders can get store credit valid for 6 months.
4. Exchange Policy

You can exchange for a different size or design (price difference may apply).

Exchange is processed after QC is approved.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Inform us within 48 hours with unboxing video & photos.
-
We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Items bought during special sale events.
