Return & Refund

We want you to love what you order!
If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags & packaging.

  • Not eligible: items under clearance sale, discounted combos, and free gifts.

2. Return Process

  1. Raise a return request through our website or WhatsApp.

  2. Choose: Exchange / Store Credit / Refund (prepaid orders only).

  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area).

  4. Product quality check will be done after it reaches our warehouse.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund is issued only for prepaid orders.

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality approval.

  • COD orders can get store credit valid for 6 months.

4. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange for a different size or design (price difference may apply).

  • Exchange is processed after QC is approved.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours with unboxing video & photos.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought during special sale events.
